Michelle Hunter is back with a new book.  This is an in-depth course designed to turn students into master lace knitters, using her building blocks approach.  The result will be a generous shawl composed of nine different lace sections and an applied border complete with beads.  You will learn all basic lace increases and decreases, how to read a chart, tips for staying on track in pattern, how to block and much more!

Required skills:   Casting on, binding off, knitting, purling, and following basic pattern instructions.

Cost:  $80.00 includes the "Building with Lace" book by Michelle Hunter, but does not include other materials .  We require you to use materials purchased at Yarn for all classes.  Thank you for understanding and not asking us to make an exception for you. You will pay the instructor directly at the first class. Please bring cash or a personal check since most instructors are not equipped to accept credit cards.
