Simple shapes and bold colors combine to make these fun felted skulls.  The colors really pop out with the black background! The design options are endless and each skull will be personally unique. Typically made in Mexico, with dyed cane sugar, to commemorate a loved one, we will try our hand at making them with black wool, and needling the designs to the surface using barbed felting needles.They could be used as coasters or wall hangings. Beginners and pros are welcome!!! There will be lots of samples for inspiration and each student can expect to get 2-3 completed. In order for these to be made durable, they will need to be wet felted. I will be wet felting one for each participant and demonstrating how they may be felted at home on the kitchen counter with little effort, little mess and no special equipment.
